If you got yourself an iPhone 6 Plus and want to show it off a clear case is a great way to do so.  However, if you’re going to use a clear case it had better offer some sort of protection.  Many of the clear cases on the market are nothing other than a simple piece of plastic.  The Skech Crystal Case for the iPhone 6 Plus is different.  This case combines shock absorbing sides along with a see through polycarbonate back for an all clear look that offers some decent protection too.  Want to see more of the Skech Crystal Case for the iPhone 6 Plus?  Check out my full review below.

Read on through for my full review and be sure to catch the video at the end of the review for a more up close and personal look at the Skech Crystal Case for the iPhone 6 Plus.

Inside the packaging you’ll find just the case.  No other items come along with it.

Here’s what Skech has to say about the Crystal Case for the iPhone 6 Plus.

Features:

  • Shock absorbent
  • Raised front screen rim
  • Enhanced button protection
  • Dual Material
  • Fully transparent

The back of the Skech Crystal Case for the iPhone 6 Plus is made from a tough, see through polycarbonate material.  While the sides of the case are made from softer TPU.  This offers many benefits, including protection against impact and scratching.

The phone pops easily into the case by inserting it from either end.

Once installed inside the case you’ll find plenty of “lay-on-the-table” protection.  This way if you were to place your phone, screen side down, onto a flat surface while in the caae, the case would make contact with the surface before your phone’s screen did.

You’ll also get full access to all of the phone’s ports and controls.  Along the bottom there are three cutouts, one for the speaker, another for the headset jack and microphone and a third for the Lightning port.  Another cutout on the side allows for access to the phone’s mute switch.  Both the volume buttons and the power button get covered and replaced by buttons built into the case.  These all give good tactile feedback when pressed.

If you’re a new iPhone 6 Plus owner who wants to show of his/her phone a clear case is a good way to do so.  You’ll likely want a case that at least offers some sort of protection.  The new Skech Crystal Case for the iPhone 6 Plus does that, providing a totally see through design with two different materials and a moderate level of protection as well.  Be sure to check out this and all of Skech’s other offerings for the iPhone 6 Plus today.
