Disney Publishing Announces Cars 2 World Grand Prix Read and Race for iOS

Hot on the heels of the successful launch of Disney Publishing’s Cars 2 Storybook Deluxe app the company is out with another Cars 2 release.  This time it’s Cars 2 World Grand Prix Read and Race, also for the iOS platform.  In this read along adventure, which runs on either the iPad, iPhone or iPod touch, kids can follow Lightening McQueen and the world’s other top race cars as they take on the streets of Italy, Japan, England and back in Radiator Springs.

Like the other Disney read along apps this one feature three reading modes:  read to me, auto-turn pages and read on my own.  It also has a cool race car customization where you can change up the body, color, tires, rims, spoiler and front engine of cars.

The app includes other fun games built into the story as well.  Cars 2 World Grand Prix Read and Race is available for download from the iTunes App Store for $6.99
