The OUMAX 12th Gen Mini PC: Compact, Powerful, and Efficient

The OUMAX 12th Gen Mini PC is equipped with 12th Gen Intel Alder Lake-N N100 processor in a sleek and compact design, making it the perfect choice for home, office, school, online meetings, online classes, or even while travelling.

The OUMAX 12th Gen Mini PC is a compact powerhouse that packs a punch in terms of performance. Powered by the latest 12th Gen Intel Core processors (up to 3.4GHz), this mini PC delivers fast speeds in a very compact design. It’s so tiny that it’s perfect for home, work, students, small offices, dorm rooms, or even a home media center.

It features four USB 3.0 ports, two HDMI outputs, built-in Wi-Fi, two 1000M LAN, two 4k @ 60 Hz HDMI, one 3.5 mm audio jack, 16 GB DDR4, 500 GB SSD, Win11, and a built-in 45W power supply.

Furthermore, the OUMAX Mini PC comes pre-installed with Windows 11. All I had to do was the Windows setup and install the Windows updates, and I was ready to go. It also easily connected to my WiFi 5 in seconds. I did install the newest video driver, but other than that, it was ready to use.

The 500 GB SSD has enough storage for average use, and you should be able to install what you want on it without running out of storage space. However, you can easily add a larger SSD or use one of the USB ports for external storage.

Additionally, the 16 GB DDR4 (up to 3200 MHz) is enough to run Windows and all your programs. I did not test any games, but it should easily run most less graphically demanding games.

I installed a USB keyboard and mouse, added a USB headset and a USB webcam, then plugged it into a 27-inch monitor, and used it online for a class. This mini-pc turned out to be a huge upgrade over my 14-inch laptop.

Compact and straightforward to use

This OUMAX 12th Gen Mini PC is so small, that my power strip takes up more space than it does. It is also very quiet.

Wrapping it up

I must admit that I had very low expectations of this OUMAX mini-pc. With my plans to use it for some online classes versus my laptop, I didn’t expect it to achieve my goal. But to my amazement, this little thing works very well. I am amazed for sure. The OUMAX Mini PC comes pre-installed with Windows 11, a huge plus.

It’s great for any PC user to only have to complete the initial Windows user setup information and install a few Windows updates because very little knowledge is required.

After my first class, I was like, “Amazing little box.” This huge upgrade from my 14-inch laptop without compromising speed or performance turned out to be a long-term solution for me.

The 16 GB DDR4 and 500 GB SSD are more than enough for my needs. Plus, you could use one of the USB ports to add more storage or another SSD. Best of all, it’s so tiny and does not take up much space on my desk.

What’s included:

  • HDMI Cable(100CM & 20CM)
  • User Manual
  • HDMI Cable(100CM & 20CM)
  • AC Cable(150CM)
