AOSM Blue Light Blocking Glasses

This product was recommended by Daniel Moore from Expert Ratings

I recommend these computer glasses for eye strain. Being a blog owner, my job is to sit down and research around various topics to write good articles. That’s when the eye strain started to happen. It became so bad that I actually did an in-depth research along with Dr Nicole Blender on the best Monitors for eye strain. Later on I started looking for glasses and found them. These really are helpful! I work at a computer all day, and I am studying off my laptop at night, so my eyes don’t get a break. I tend to get migraines and headaches in general, but since starting to wear these everyday at work, no more regular headaches. They are lightweight, which is nice. One caveat is they slide down my nose often, especially when wearing the face masks at work during this pandemic, but its really easy to adapt to. The lenses are Easy to clean that don’t fog a whole lot either. Lastly you can wear them for 6-10 hours in a go~ I took an MCAT (almost a 6 hour exam) with these on, and my eyes didn’t feel strained at all which helped remarkably in doing well on the edams. Worth giving your eyes a break for the money with these glasses for eye strain.
