4 Laptops Ideal For Bloggers In 2020

To find the best laptops that bloggers will like, we decided to prioritize four key areas: a good, satisfying keyboard? Check. Reliable and speedy internals? Check. Practicality for working on the move? Triple check. And finally, a good, long battery, meaning you won’t have to worry about finding a place to charge up.

These may seem like obvious choices to some of you, but there is a reason these options are the most popular in their niches. We’ve tried to include something for most budgets that still satisfies our high criteria, but as with most laptops, you really do get what you pay for.

I often work remotely, not in the office. This laptop weighs a little more than a kilogram and fits in my business portfolio. This gives me maximum mobility and I need a separate bag. Operating time without recharging is about 5 hours at maximum load. It also gives me a lot of stability. Well, performance. I usually have 3 browsers and about 40 tabs open. Many different online editors. I work without braking on this computer.

best choice for bloggers in terms of price/quality relation. Lightweight, fast enough for all content creation activities and excellent battery. Macbook Air takes blogging experience to completely new level.

Blogging, bar the odd superstars, in the main isnโ€™t a well-paid career. On that basis, the best laptop model would be something that is both affordable and durable. Step forward Dell Inspirion 500. Its 15.6โ€ณ screen comes with a 6th Generation Intel Core i3-6100U processor with 3MB cache, 2.3 GHz speed, 6 GB Dual Channel DDR3L RAM (1600 MHz), and a huge 1 TB hard drive. These specs are a high enough calibre for any user, and bloggers will feel spoilt. Should you need more, the RAM can be doubled to 16 gig for an affordable price. Itโ€™s a premium looking laptop with a performance to match. The price belies its quality. It can handle all blogging work such as reading articles, multitasking, watching Youtube, browsing social media and Photoshop. Extreme gaming is a no no, due to the lack of quality graphics card, but this is a big reason for the economical price.

The current laptop that I recommend for blogging is the Dell Inspiron 15 5000. Itโ€™s got a True-life LED-backlit Full HD screen and the keyboard itself is comfortable, spacious and easy to use while typing out of office. The battery can last around 5 hours if fully charged and I can easily carry it around in my bag as itโ€™s relatively small and quite lightweight. When at the office, I like to connect an external keyboard which I can do easily via USB or Bluetooth. I also happen to use it as my day-to-day laptop โ€“ videos, downloads, music etc โ€“ as itโ€™s more than capable with 8GB of RAM. A great all-round buy.
